Portchester School, Fareham is hiring a Chef to provide nutritionally balanced and tasty meals during term-time only, with no weekends. The role offers 12.71 per hour for 27.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, with responsibilities including preparing, cooking, presenting food to Caterlink and client standards, ensuring food safety, and assisting with inventories and budgets.

Responsabilités

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
