Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our catering team at a prestigious Independent School in Rugby. You will help drive the food offer, preparing meals daily with fresh ingredients, and support a team of chefs to deliver high-quality service.

• Strong and consistent Chef De Partie background.
• Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company and the client.
• Ensure the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.
• Maintain Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards in line with company policy.
• Be customer focused, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
• Ensure all food is cooked, presented and served in line with company standards.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the business.
• Show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
