Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Chichester is seeking a part-time Catering Team Leader to oversee day-to-day catering operations at local schools. You will lead a team to deliver nutritious meals, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and maintain service excellence for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering supervisory or team leading role is desirable but not essential.
• Solid customer service and food safety understanding is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the catering team to deliver excellent food and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, safeguarding, and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality meals in line with menus and dietary requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients, students, and colleagues.
• Manage stock, ordering, production, and waste control.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting.
