ISS UK Limited is seeking a Catering Team Leader to oversee day-to-day catering operations in a school setting, lead and motivate the team, and ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.

You will build strong relationships with students, staff and colleagues, manage stock and reporting, and ensure compliance with food safety requirements. The role is term-time with annualised pay and monthly equal payments.

Qualificações

• Experience in a catering supervisory, team leader, or management role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• Food preparation and customer service skills desirable.
• Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the catering team to deliver excellent food and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, safeguarding, and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality meals in line with menus, dietary requirements, and food standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients, students, and colleagues.
• Manage stock, ordering, food production, and waste control effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting.
