Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the catering team to deliver excellent food and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, safeguarding, and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality meals in line with menus, dietary requirements and standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients, students and colleagues.
• Manage stock, ordering, food production and waste control effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting.
