Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor for Ashtead Park, Surrey. The role is term-time focused with options including term-time plus 4 weeks or 52 weeks depending on the post, 30 hours per week, 14.65 GBP per hour.

You will join a busy catering team serving breakfast, lunch, tea breaks and events across a school setting. Ideal candidates have fast-paced catering experience, a customer‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• To oversee the hospitality operation
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).
