Job Title: Catering Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells, part-time, contracted to 16.25 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted for 42.6 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing delicious food to high standards
2. Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and customer service
3. Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
5. Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
6. Supporting and training staff, leading by example
7. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
