You will join a skilled team committed to training, development, and delivering outstanding dining experiences for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or assistant management roles in catering/hospitality.
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and customer service.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Knowledge of health & safety and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day catering operations.
• Lead by example to deliver high food standards and customer experience.
• Supervise and motivate catering teams for efficient service.
• Manage stock, ordering and supplier relations within budget.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
