Aspens Services Ltd. is recruiting a Relief Catering Assistant to support school kitchens in Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas. You will work Monday to Friday during term time, handling tills during service, delivering friendly service to students and staff, and assisting with basic food prep.

Training is provided for site-specific tasks. The role emphasizes a safe, clean kitchen and compliance with health and safety standards, with the potential to develop within a fast-growing education

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work in a busy school-site environment.
• Experience in catering or fast-paced service roles.
• Basic knowledge of health & safety practices is required.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is great but training can be provided.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred for this role.

Responsabilités

• Take till duties during service and assist with front-line customer service to pupils and staff.
• Provide friendly, polite service and support during the lunchtime rush.
• Assist the team with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
