Job summary

Caterlink Ltd is seeking a Catering Assistant at Lynn Grove Academy, Great Yarmouth to assist with food production and service, and to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. The role is term-time only, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:30am–2:30pm, with no weekends.

The position offers a blended learning programme and access to our employee benefits platform, wellbeing services and pension scheme. Salary is £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in school or catering environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food portions.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counter and dining areas.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to students and staff.
• Operate tills and handle cash where required.
• Represent Caterlink and uphold the company image.
