Job summary

Caterlink is recruiting a Catering Assistant at Lynn Grove Academy, Great Yarmouth to perform food production tasks, food service, and general cleaning in a school setting. The role is term-time only, with no weekends, offering flexibility for those seeking it.

Job Description

We are looking to employ a Catering Assistant at Lynn Grove Academy, Great Yarmouth to perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service, working on tills, and general cleaning duties in our schools. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £12.71 per hour
• 10 hours per week working Monday – Friday, 11.30am- 1:30pm
• Term-time only – working 39weeks per year
• Driving License Required

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working at both Acton Primary School and Lavenham Primary School
• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all students and school staff
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
