Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Catering Assistant for Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9.30am-1.30pm (20 hours/week) during 38 term weeks, with a salary of £10,676.40 per annum.

You’ll join a team delivering friendly, hygienic service, supporting meal prep, serving at the till, and maintaining clean kitchens and dining areas. Successful applicants will have strong customer service skills; catering or retail background is preferred.

• Background in catering or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
