Job summary

St John Fisher Catholic Academy is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the Catering Manager and Cook in delivering a high-quality catering service within a school setting. The role is part-time (10 hours per week) during term time, plus 5 additional days, with shifts Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 2pm.

The successful candidate will work in a safe environment, with a focus on food safety, teamwork and a positive attitude. Experience is not essential, as training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have a friendly, hardworking attitude with a passion for food and nutrition.
• The ability to work as part of a team and who enjoys working in a dynamic school setting.
• Experience in catering is a bonus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
