Aramark UK is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our team in Oswestry, Shropshire. You will support daily service in a busy school, serving meals, handling transactions, and contributing to a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

The role offers 20 hours per week during term time (38 weeks per year) with equated pay, access to benefits, pension contributions, life assurance, and strong opportunities for development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or food service experience is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and drinks to students during break and lunch service.
• Operating the till and handling transactions accurately.
• Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
• Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
