Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and caretaking duties across the school site.
• Ensure the school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well maintained.
• Complete routine checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance where required.
• Support opening and closing of the school site.
• Assist with health and safety checks and ensure site procedures are followed.
• Maintain clean, tidy external areas.
• Work with staff to respond to site-related issues.
• Support contractors and visitors as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
