Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a reliable Caretaker to support a school in the Swanwick area. The role focuses on keeping the school premises safe, secure and well maintained, handling opening/closing, routine checks and minor repairs.

You will work Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:00pm and Friday 8:00am–3:30pm, with immediate start. A practical, hands-on approach and good health and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferred.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a focus on safety.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing the school premises.
• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Completing routine site checks and reporting issues.
