Job summary

The Supply Register, in partnership with local school trusts, seeks a reliable School Caretaker to join one of our partner schools on a temporary basis. You will help keep the site safe, clean and well-maintained and support daily operations.

This role is immediate start, with weekly pay and options for long-term or permanent work. DBS certificate and two references are required; right to work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs around the school.

• Liaise with contractors when required.

The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a number of leading school trusts across the Liverpool area, and we are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on School Caretaker to join one of our partner schools on a temporary basis. If you're practical, dependable and take pride in keeping a school safe, clean and well-maintained, we want to hear from you!

Your Duties Will Include:

• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs around the school
• Ensuring the school site is safe, secure and well maintained
• Opening and closing the school premises
• Completing routine health and safety checks
• Reporting and dealing with maintenance issues
• Setting up rooms and spaces for school activities and events
• Liaising with contractors when required
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school site
