School Caretaker Needed for Large Secondary School in St Albans, Hertfordshire - Full time role - ASAP or Easter start - Temporary to Permanent Position.

Tradewind Secondary is seeking a dependable and experienced School Caretaker to join the site team at a busy secondary school in St Albans. The school has a large premises with over 1000 students, and the caretaker will have a diverse range of responsibilities within a warm and welcoming team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Opening and closing the school buildings daily
2. Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
3. Carrying out cleaning duties as required
4. Preparing rooms and equipment for events and activities
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Managing and supervising external contractors as necessary

Requirements:
