GSL Education are looking for a caring and reliable School Care Worker to join a friendly school in Bournemouth. This is a full-time, permanent role starting as soon as possible.

As a School Care Worker, your main job is to help keep the school safe, clean, and running smoothly. You will work with the school team to take care of the building and make sure everything is working well.

What you will do:

• Look after the school building and grounds.
• Open and lock the school each day.
• Help with small repairs and maintenance jobs.
• Make sure all areas are clean and tidy.
• Check that heating, lights, and alarms are working.
• Help with setting up rooms for school events.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with experience in maintenance or caretaking (not essential).
• A hardworking and trustworthy person.
• Good at fixing things and using basic tools.
• Able to follow safety rules.
• A friendly person who can work well with others.
• Has an enhanced DBS on the update service or is happy to apply for one through GSL Education.
