Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking reliable Catering Assistants to work on a supply basis across local schools. You will support the catering team with meal preparation, service and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience for pupils.

This role suits individuals who thrive in a busy environment, enjoy food service and can adapt to different school settings. DBS checks will be arranged as needed.

Formación

• Previous catering/food service experience is desirable.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible in a school setting.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with breakfast, snacks and lunchtime meal preparation and service.
• Set up dining areas, counters and displays and serve to pupils, staff and visitors.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely following training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation and deliveries.
