The SBM will safeguard pupils, follow policies, and support leadership to enable teaching and learning. Experience in education and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in an educational setting and understanding of the demands of a school environment.

• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and operation of the school's business functions including financial management, health and safety, HR, compliance and administration.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in line with school policies.
• Advise on and implement day-to-day support to enable the school to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Support pupil welfare, including first aid and day-to-day queries.
