Prospero Teaching in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to oversee finance, HR and operations at a specialist school in Rochdale. You will lead budgeting, staffing, facilities management and compliance to create a positive environment for SEMH students.

The role requires strong financial, HR and operational management skills, knowledge of SEMH needs, and the ability to work with leadership on strategic planning.

Start Date: Monday 2nd November or ASAP
Contract: Full-time
Pay rate: 150 - 220 per day (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (4:30pm as needed)

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to school operations.
