Think for the Future is recruiting a School Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor in West Yorkshire for term-time work supporting disengaged pupils to build social and emotional resilience and achieve positive outcomes.

The role involves delivering mentoring sessions, working 8am–4pm, 37.5 hours per week, across 1–5 schools, with no lesson planning, and a clear progression path within TFTF. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £27,000 actual.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour support, youth mentoring and inclusion roles.
• Ability to build resilience and manage challenging behaviours.
• Experience delivering mentoring to groups and individuals.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Social & Emotional Resilience curriculum to groups of up to 15 pupils.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring to improve behaviour and motivation.
• Tailor sessions to meet pupils’ individual needs and track progress.
• Build positive relationships with school staff and support multiple schools.
• Support personal and professional development through reflective practice.
