Job summary

Think for the Future is seeking a School Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor in Manchester. This term-time only role offers 8am–4pm hours, 37.5 per week, with 41 teaching weeks per year and a salary of £25,000–£27,000 Actual (£27,896–£30,128 FTE).

You’ll support disengaged learners to build resilience, improve behaviour and achieve positive outcomes. The role involves delivering mentoring in schools, tailored sessions, and data-driven progress tracking, with opportunities to progress within TFTF

Qualifications

• Term-time only role in schools.
• Experience with disengaged learners is desirable.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Social & Emotional Resilience curriculum to groups of up to 15 pupils.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group mentoring to build confidence and motivation.
• Tailor sessions to meet individual pupil needs.
• Use Purple to measure progress and track behaviour change.
• Build positive relationships with school staff.
• Deliver inclusion support across 1–5 schools.
• Share good practice with colleagues and contribute to team culture.
• Work with your Manager to develop your professional skills.
