Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a CYP-PT Systemic Family Practitioner to join Harrow and Hillingdon MHSTs. You will deliver systemic interventions in schools and colleges, supported by clinical supervision, to promote mental wellbeing among children and young people.

The role requires a relevant degree and a registerable professional qualification with substantial CAMHS experience, with flexibility to work across identified sites in Harrow and Hillingdon.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Registerable professional qualification (e.g. psychologist, social worker, nurse, occupational therapist, art/music therapist).
• Applications may be considered from those without training if they have at least 3 years’ CAMHS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver systemic interventions within MHSTs in schools and colleges with clinical supervision.
• Work closely with school staff to support children, young people and families for a whole-school approach to wellbeing.
• Develop and deliver systemic evidence-based individual and group interventions for CYP in education settings.
• Evidence outcomes of the MHST service and provide support to education and mental health colleagues.
• Liaise with multi-agency partners to coordinate care and referrals.
