• Sound understanding of behaviour, emotional regulation and effective support strategies.
• Initiative to develop proactive interventions and promote positive pupil wellbeing.
• Commitment to inclusion, high expectations and helping all pupils succeed.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with pupils, staff, families and external professionals.

Aufgaben

• Lead Teaching Assistant line manages teaching assistants and supports boosting pupil outcomes.
• FLO team to support children's pastoral needs and School Counsellor assistance.
• SEN team provides support and guidance for pupils.
• ELT works across Year groups to support the team.
• Support Administrator liaises with parents and helps organise trips.
• Inclusion and Community AHT assist with behaviour, parents and events.
