Job summary

Outwood Academy Hemsworth is seeking an Attendance Officer to help maximise student attendance. The role is 15 hours per week (22.5 hours possible) with a term-time schedule plus five non-teaching days. You will perform home visits, late gate duties and provide admin support within a busy school environment in West Yorkshire.

The position emphasizes resilience and positive engagement with students and families to overcome attendance barriers and support school-wide strategies to raise attendance.
