Job summary

• Lead the operational delivery of attendance across Nicholas Chamberlaine School and drive improvements in attendance and punctuality
• Manage the Attendance Team and coordinate with the Deputy Headteacher responsible for Attendance, pastoral leaders, safeguarding and SEND
• Provide accurate and timely information to senior leaders on attendance performance and ensure actions are implemented on time
