Job summary

Pimlico Academy, part of Future Academies, is seeking an Assistant Principal - Attendance to lead attendance strategies and school improvement. You will join the Senior Leadership Team to ensure high standards of teaching, safeguarding and inclusion within a knowledge-rich curriculum.

Responsibilities include driving attendance, safeguarding, and engagement, working with families, pastoral staff, external agencies and local authorities to secure excellent pupil outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading attendance improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence teaching practice and pupil outcomes.
• Strong safeguarding and inclusion capabilities.
