Job summary

Beech Hall School Ltd is seeking an Admissions Manager for Pattison School in a 37.5 hour week. You will handle the full admissions journey, deliver engaging tours and maintain accurate CRM records, building strong community links.

You will work closely with leadership to forecast admissions and plan intake strategies. The role requires strong communication, data analysis and relationship-building skills, plus safeguarding awareness and a genuine care for families and children.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions or related customer-facing roles.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Able to analyse admissions data to inform planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience in a school environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide families with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Deliver tours, open days and tasters showcasing the school.
• Maintain admissions records and CRM/digital platforms.
• Monitor activity, conversion rates and trends for forecasting.
• Build relationships with feeder nurseries and schools.
• Support onboarding and transition processes for families.
• Collaborate with Headteacher on community engagement.
