Job summary

Blenheim Schools is seeking an Admissions Manager at Pattison School to lead the full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment. You will deliver welcoming experiences, coordinate tours and open days, and maintain accurate records in digital platforms and the CRM, supporting forecasting and planning.

Working with the Headteacher and SLT, you will build links with feeder nurseries and local schools, represent the school to families, and uphold safeguarding checks including enhanced DBS and

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, customer-facing or community engagement roles.
• Ability to manage busy, time-sensitive processes.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide families with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Deliver tours, open days and taster sessions.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and CRM platforms.
• Monitor admissions activity and conversion rates.
• Produce regular data reports to support forecasting and planning.
• Build relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools and partners.
• Support families through onboarding and transition.
