Job summary

The role focuses on managing the full admissions process from initial enquiry to pupil enrolment, with emphasis on organisation, confidentiality and strong communication with families.

The ideal candidate will have previous admissions experience in an educational setting, be highly organised, and possess solid IT skills (Excel and databases).

Qualifications

• Previous admissions experience within an education setting.
• Highly organised and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and databases.
• Experience with Arbor or SIMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective parents and families.
• Process applications and maintain accurate records.
• Organise visits, tours and admissions appointments.
• Prepare correspondence and admissions documentation.
• Update school systems and applicant databases.
• Liaise with parents, Local Authorities and other schools.
• Support offer and enrolment arrangements.
• Assist with admissions events and open days.
