Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment seeks an experienced Control System Engineer to work on Schneider automation for UK data centre projects. You will design, develop, commission, maintain and optimize Schneider control systems using Modicon PLCs and SCADA in fast-paced environments.

You will be responsible for testing, commissioning and integration, collaborating with electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery, with a hybrid working setup and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience with Schneider Modicon PLCs.
• Strong background in SCADA systems.
• Experience in data centres or critical environments preferred.
• Ability to fault-find, commission and optimise automation systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Commission, modify and fault-find Schneider control systems on live data centre projects.
• Develop and maintain Schneider Modicon PLC applications.
• Configure and support SCADA systems for critical infrastructure.
• Carry out testing, commissioning and system integration.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams to meet schedule.
• Provide technical support during project delivery and client handover.
