A leading company in retirement living is seeking a Live-In Residential Scheme Manager in Leominster. The role involves managing daily operations, supporting residents, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates should have strong customer focus and organizational skills.
40 hours per week
Townsend Court is a retirement living scheme with 53 spacious flats located on the outskirts of Leominster, near a vibrant town centre with many amenities. It is a private development for those over 55 years old, managed by a Residential Scheme Manager.
We are seeking a Live-In Residential Scheme Manager to assist the Regional Manager in the daily operational management of the scheme. The role involves delivering on-site housing management services that support residents in leading independent and safe lives.
Your responsibilities include conducting well-being checks, responding to changing circumstances, managing risks including safeguarding, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken. You will engage with older residents and their families, supporting them to identify issues and progress solutions. Developing relationships with partner agencies, you will facilitate well-being and social initiatives both onsite and virtually, addressing issues like well-being, loneliness, and dementia awareness.
You will also perform health & safety, fire safety, and warden call system checks to ensure compliance and high service standards, while managing risks effectively.
