Townsend Court is a retirement living scheme consisting of 53 spacious flats on the outskirts of Leominster, close to a thriving town centre with plenty of amenities. It is a private development for the over 55s and is managed by a Residential Scheme Manager.

We are seeking a Live-In Residential Scheme Manager to assist the Regional Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the scheme, delivering an on-site housing management service that supports residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment.

Responsibilities include conducting well-being checks, responding to changes in circumstances, managing risks including safeguarding, engaging with residents and their families, developing relationships with partner agencies, supporting well-being and social initiatives, ensuring health & safety compliance, and safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a housing environment, be highly customer-focused, possess good IT and numerical skills, be motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively. They should also be able to deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints effectively.

Appointment is subject to a DBS check, references, and valid Right to Work documentation.
