Job summary

Housing Quality Network is seeking a Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team on a fixed 12 month contract. You will plan and coordinate the working day of trade operatives so repairs are carried out efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

You’ll optimise diaries to maximum capacity with minimal travel, work with stakeholders daily, uphold health and safety, and always look for improvements to service delivery and customer experience.

Job description

We’re responsible for planning and co‑ordinating the working day of Trade Operatives to ensure all responsive, planned and cyclical works are appointed to the satisfaction of the customer. In order to plan repairs in as efficiently as possible we use our scheduling system Total Mobile Optimise, to ensure our diaries are filled to maximum capacity with minimal travel.

Your new role

Customers are at the heart of everything we doand we’re excited to be looking for a new Scheduling Operations Planner to join ourteam on afixed 12month contract,to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!

You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives so that our colleagues receive all of the information for them to carry out their works. Ensuring diaries are optimised to maximum capacity with minimal travel, increasing productivity, reducing cost and maintaining outstanding customer service, health and safety prioritisation and vulnerability considerations.

You’ll workcollaboratively with all stakeholders including ourcustomers on a daily basis to deliver a seamless service.
