Then our new vacancy for a Scheduling Coordinator could be a perfect fit for you.

The Role

The Scheduling Coordinator is essential to delivering excellent service to our customers. The role involves scheduling service visits for field engineering teams, keeping customers informed, and liaising with field engineers and internal departments to meet SLAs while providing outstanding customer service.

Shifts

42 hours per week, working 4 days a week, 10.5-hour days, including weekends (approximately 1 in 3 weekends).

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively scheduling engineer visits and coordinating with engineers to optimize their work plans.
  • Ensuring customer SLAs are met by efficiently utilizing resources and planning work effectively.
  • Keeping customers informed about service progress.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Strong geographical knowledge with experience scheduling field visits across the UK & Ireland.
  • Organized with a logical approach, able to work independently.
  • Enthusiastic, positive team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with tactful communication in challenging situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate, proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
