Job summary

Corps Security in Paisley, United Kingdom, is looking for a driven and dependable professional with experience in operational coordination, workforce planning, or control room operations.   • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
  • Desirable experience in scheduling, resource planning, or operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation across client sites.
  • Support the delivery of workforce scheduling and shift planning activities.
  • Ensure contractual staffing levels are maintained at all times.
  • Act as a key point of contact for site-based colleagues regarding shifts and availability.
  • Arrange emergency cover and respond to unplanned staffing shortages.
  • Monitor open shifts, overtime requirements, support holiday, absence and emergency cover planning.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce information.
  • Monitor working hours and rest periods to support compliance requirements.
  • Ensure personnel meet licensing, training and client-specific requirements before deployment.
  • Manage incident escalations in line with company and client procedures.
  • Provide timely incident updates to clients and operational management teams.
  • Support site teams during major incidents and business continuity events.
  • Produce incident reports, trend analysis and management information.
  • Assist with incident investigations and post-incident reviews.
  • Liaise with clients, operational teams and internal departments to maintain service standards.
  • Investigate missed check calls and support operational follow-up actions.
  • Identify operational risks and elevate concerns appropriately.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
