Location: Durrington, West Sussex (Hybrid- 3 office and 2 WFH)
Hours: 38 hours per week / Hybrid working

As a Scheduler, you will need to create and manage work schedules by deciding how to order both planned & reactive work and influencing what resources are needed to achieve optimum field resource productivity and adherence to service level agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good customer service background and be familiar working towards deadlines and dealing with multiple priorities in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be using a variety of tools such as emails, Excel, and Teams - this is key in addition to working on multiple computer systems that we use internally such as SAP, Ellipse, Lightfoot, and Water Works.

We provide a 6-week training programme from your day one! Plus, you will be working within a great supportive team in your journey learning the role.
We also offer hybrid working where you will be expected to work 3 days in the Durrington office, and you can work from home the other 2 days. The office is close to train stations and bus routes.
Working hours for this role are 07:30 am – 16:00 Monday to Wednesday, and 07:30 am – 15:00 on Thursdays and Fridays!
