This role involves providing scheduling support to our in-house team, surveyors, service, and trade colleagues. You will be responsible for managing customer issues, achieving service targets, and ensuring timely, customer-focused resolution. Your role will include coordinating and scheduling work efficiently to deliver positive outcomes for our customers.
You should be able to organize and prioritize your workload to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance. Adaptability, collaboration, and a desire to improve systems and processes are essential, as we continually seek smarter, simpler ways of working.
Experience scheduling within the building maintenance industry, particularly related to maintaining and improving our 9,000 homes, is highly desirable.
