The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a Ward Manager for SCBU to join #TeamIOWNHS and lead a dedicated nursing team in a 24/7 role. You will drive safe, effective and compassionate neonatal care, acting as a senior clinician and role model while guiding policy and practice development.
You will hold RN/RSCN/RM with NMC registration, with a strong background in neonatal care and governance. The role emphasizes team leadership, patient experience, and organisational skills.
