Cumberland Building Society is seeking an Office Services Administrator/Welcome Host to manage documentation and visitor interactions at their Carlisle office. As our Office Services Administrator/Welcome Host, you’ll be responsible for processing incoming post and documentation into work queues to be accessed by all areas of the business. You’ll also undertake administration tasks to support your colleagues as well as meeting, greeting, and safely processing all visitors to Cumberland House.
This role will be full-time for 37.50 hours per week. You’ll work Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm and will be working on-site at our Head Office in Carlisle.

We’re looking for someone with excellent PC/inputting/Microsoft skills (Word and Excel), attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to work as part of a team or work alone. You’ll be:
You’ll have experience of working in an efficient and highly productive manner, seeking to challenge and improve processes undertaken by you and within your team, to ensure a high level of productivity. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
