Job summary

OASIS Group is the leading privately-owned information management provider in Europe, handling millions of items and terabytes of data across multiple sites. The role focuses on daily prep and scanning activities under supervision, with duties spanning data input, indexing, and quality assurance.

You will work a shift pattern from 6am to 2.30pm or 2.30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, joining a team that upholds strict quality and data protection standards and collaborates closely with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of items for scanning and rebuilding of files post scan.
• Inputting data accurately.
• Use of scanning technology including the scanner and support software.
• Completing scanning log sheets daily.
• Accurately undertaking manual indexing to ensure documents are searchable.
• File reconciliation post digitisation.
• Assist management to ensure all jobs meet instructions and client contracts.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, housekeeping and information security standards.
• Work with the on-site client team on daily tasks.
• Quality assurance checks; BS10008:2014 compliance for relevant jobs.
• Identify improvements or efficiencies.
• Provide support for other areas within the business as required.
• Comply with data protection legislation to protect client and team information.
