Job summary

OASIS Group is seeking a detail-oriented data prep and scanning operator for our Northampton site. You will prep client data, index documents, and operate scanning technology under supervision, ensuring accurate digital records and compliant processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to work independently within a team, and a commitment to quality and data protection. Shift pattern is 2.30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Ability to manage own workload within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for scanning and rebuild files post-scan.
• Input data accurately and maintain scanning logs.
• Operate scanning technology and related software.
• Complete indexing duties ensuring documents are searchable.
• Ensure quality and compliance with procedures and BS10008 where applicable.
• Assist with daily work and coordinate with on-site client teams.
