Fussy in London is seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to join during a exciting growth phase. You will own the financial operations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust controls as the business scales.

You’ll lead month-end processes, manage AP with supplier queries and payments, handle expenses and VAT, and drive automation to reduce manual work. Hybrid work from our Shoreditch office on Tue–Thu.

Formación

• Qualified or part-qualified in accounting (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/AAT) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with month-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable process.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Interest in automation and improving processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial operations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust controls.
• Run the accounts payable process, manage supplier queries, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Manage expenses and VAT: company card and employee claims, VAT returns, with policy compliance.
• Contribute to month end: journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations; support close timetable and resolve variances.
• Identify and implement automation and system improvements to scale finance processes.
• Maintain process documentation and controls; support audit and year-end requests.
