Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience scaling products from prototype to production.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with set deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for scaling up laboratory cells into large-format cells.
• Responsible for designing and building compression systems and testing fixtures.
• Lead the design and implementation of thermal and gas management strategies.
