Job summary

Apple seeks a skilled Trainer to lead the Accessibility Center of Excellence's training portfolio within the PMO. The role involves analyzing team needs, proposing learning initiatives, and managing delivery, outcomes tracking, and leadership reporting.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver training at scale, collaborate across engineers, designers, PMs, and leadership, and continuously improve content with attendee feedback, leveraging accessibility knowledge to enrich materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs to audiences across multiple formats.
• Experience collaborating across an organization with engineers, designers, program managers and leadership to align training content with business needs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for varying levels of learner familiarity and seniority.
• Proficiency in creating clear, accessible training materials.
• Familiarity with learning management platforms, instructional design principles, and learning and development methodologies such as Universal Design for Learning.
• Industry recognised qualification in training.
• Knowledge of accessibility.
• Project management skillset.

Responsibilities

• Own training portfolio for the Accessibility Center of Excellence — from needs analysis to delivery and impact reporting.
• Refine content and explore alternative delivery methods to increase reach and engagement across Apple.
• Partner with accessibility subject matter experts to keep materials accurate and relevant while driving improvement through attendee feedback.
