Babcock in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute, is seeking a Scaffolder for HMNB Clyde Faslane. This full-time role (36 hours) onsite offers overtime and a clear path within a national defence environment.
You'll support maintenance, inspections and engineering by erecting Cuplock and advanced scaffolding across the Clyde estate. Applicants should have Advanced Scaffolder (Blue Card) and experience with tube-and-fitting systems, and must be able to obtain SC clearance.

As a Scaffolder, you'll be responsible for delivering scaffolding services that enable maintenance, inspection and engineering activities across the Clyde estate. Working alongside skilled engineering teams, you'll play a vital role in supporting planned preventative maintenance, repairs and modifications that keep critical assets operational. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects, develop your expertise in advanced scaffolding systems and become part of a team making a meaningful contribution to national defence.
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and is based on site at HMNB Clyde, Faslane. Overtime opportunities are available across a four-day working week and weekends.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
