Job Title: Scaffolding Contracts Director

Job Description: ESD is recruiting on behalf of a growing NASC-accredited scaffolding contractor looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Director to oversee their expanding portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East.

This key leadership role involves driving operational delivery, maintaining high health & safety standards, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender to completion
• Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
• Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
• Provide regular reports and updates to company directors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
• Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
