S Knights Recruitment is assisting a specialist construction training provider in London to recruit a Scaffolding Apprenticeship Coach. The role focuses on coaching apprentices, delivering practical assessments and maintaining learner records to ensure timely End-Point Assessment readiness.

The ideal candidate brings strong scaffolding background, coaching or training experience, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion within a busy workplace learning environment.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant occupational experience within Scaffolding or Construction.
• Experience as a Skills Coach, Trainer, Assessor or Apprenticeship professional is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards, EPA and Off-the-Job training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace coaching and technical support aligned with Scaffolding Apprenticeship Standards.
• Conduct workplace observations, competency assessments and progress reviews.
• Support Learning Plans, daily progress reviews and employer engagement.
• Monitor learner progress against KSBs and plan actions to keep on track.
• Maintain accurate learner records in line with funding requirements.
